Extremely happy with the care received from Eyecare Dimensions. Katy always knows exactly what is needed to fine-tune my eyeglasses when needed. Her years of experience is such a positive reflection in the office. Dr. Patel and the entire staff is wonderful and very attentive to our eyecare needs. Highly recommend this office!

I had the BEST EYE EXAM! With Dr Alexander ! (He’s only in on Mondays) he’s been a Doctor for 43 years! Very kind, knowledgeable, explains everything in detail about your eye photo, and after he finds your exact prescription he shows you how you see with it and without! He really didn’t above and beyond and he’s also someone who will show you pictures of his wonderful family! The staff was fantastic too! They answered all my questions and got me an apt really quick! I’ve already booked my kids apt with Dr.Alexander next month! If you’re nervous about getting an eye exam, I would book with him! He will change your mind!

I had an eye exam and purchased glasses three months ago. The other day I ran into a 2 x 4 that was sticking out and I did not see it and I called. I the office and they told me to come down to see them because I may have bent my frames. After further investigation found out they were able to fix it, but I was telling them I had problems with my left eye and not able to focus up at close range they retested me and once I completed the exam, I was directed to the front office to discuss payment for the day. And I found out that they were able to replace my lenses for free and I was not expecting that after the exam I had to have an adjustment made to my prescription. Very thankful I did not have to pay for a new pair of lenses after the adjustments that were made to the prescription. Just had to pay for the services for the exam for the day. Excellent people, compassionate people that truly care about their customers!!!

Great competent services. My Doctor was excellent. My assistant was competent and professional. The staff was prompt and helpful. There is not enough competition for the dominant manufacturer of eyeglasses price wise.

Dr. Richard Alexander is an Amazing Doctor! He was able to do what no other eye doctor could and that’s without surgery. He corrected my vision and I am now able to see very well! They are awesome! The office manager was able to get me in last minute for an emergency and Dr. Patel was able to take great care of me. They are very friendly and personable. I have started to establish my whole family with Dr. Patel. If you are looking for a reliable local eye doctor, Dr. Patel is your guy.
